Was the entrant list final before the winning number existed?
Yes. The list was sealed at 14 August 2026 at 00:55:56 UTC and the winner was drawn 2 minutes later, in a separate transaction.
The draw could not have run first. It reads the sealed list, and the contract rejects it unless sealing has already happened — so an earlier draw is not a rule somebody chose to follow, it is a transaction that would have failed.
